Sasha van de Water
Managing Director
Sasha has 19 years experience in European private equity. In addition to managing Keyhaven Capital Partners, she is responsible for leading the investment process on primary partnerships, secondary investments, and direct investments. Sasha serves as an advisory committee member for a number of private equity partnerships.
Prior to founding Keyhaven, she was a Managing Director at AXA Investment Managers where she was responsible for setting up and developing the European private equity fund of funds programme. Prior to joining AXA Investment Managers, Sasha was employed by an affiliate of BT Alex. Brown (now Deutsche Bank). She previously worked as a consultant for Cambridge Associates, an investment advisory firm, in both their London and Boston offices.
Sasha received a BA cum laude from Wellesley College. She is fluent in Dutch and English, and speaks conversational Italian, Spanish and Arabic.
