Keyhaven Capital Partners makes three new hires, strengthening the diversity of the team
In her new role, Diana will be responsible for managing the investment process, overseeing the sourcing, analysis, monitoring and exiting of investments, and for conducting general market research. Diana has over 20 years of experience in private equity and finance and prior to joining Keyhaven, was a Managing Director at BDO Corporate Finance, leading M&A transactions in technology, business services and retail industries. She has also acted as a Corporate Finance Advisor at Clarges Capital Limited and Bridge Europe Consulting, having started her career at New Europe Fund, American International Group Capital Management’s private equity fund based in Poland and Romania.
Following his appointment as Investment Manager, Vignesh’s role will similarly cover the sourcing, analysis, monitoring and exiting of investments alongside market research. Vignesh was formerly an Investment Associate at Kester Capital and previously spent seven years at PricewaterhouseCoopers, rising to become a Manager in the transaction services division in London.
In her new role as Financial Controller, Saba will be responsible for managing corporate accounting. Prior to joining Keyhaven, Saba was a Financial Controller and Compliance Officer at Aretex Capital Management, a global private equity firm focused on investments primarily in Europe and North America. She also spent six years at Deloitte as an Audit Manager for global asset managers, entrepreneurial investment firms, and private equity funds.
