Keyhaven Capital Appoints Léa Yared de Pelleport as Head of Capital Formation

Léa brings fourteen years of experience in investor relations and private equity. She founded Arteyma, an independent advisory firm specialising in investor relations, business development, and strategic fundraising, where she led numerous projects for institutional investors and asset managers.

Before founding Arteyma, Léa served as Head of Investor Relations & Business Development at Quadrille Capital, a venture and growth equity firm based in Paris, and as Co-Head of Investor Relations & Business Development at Argos Wityu, a pan-European private equity firm focused on lower mid-market buyouts.

She began her career in investor relations and business development in New York at The Blackstone Group, following an initial role as a Risk Manager at Lyxor Asset Management. Léa holds an MA in Mathematics of Finance from Columbia University and a BSc in Mathematics with Management and Finance from King’s College London. She is fluent in both English and French.
