Keyhaven Capital celebrates joining ILPA’s Diversity in Action initiative

GPs and LPs who join Diversity in Action commit to four essential DEI actions and at least two additional actions from an optional set of nine. Possible actions from the initiative’s framework range across talent management, investment management and industry engagement.

All of the actions prioritised within the Diversity in Action framework are drawn from ILPA’s D&I Roadmap. LPs and GPs who sign onto the Diversity in Action Initiative may also suggest specific practices and resources for inclusion in the roadmap.

Commenting, Sasha van de Water, Co-Founder and Managing Partner at Keyhaven said:
“Keyhaven has always been a champion for diversity, knowing that it is key to our success. Our team of 22 individuals come from a wide variety of backgrounds, spanning 19 different countries of origin, and speaking 19 languages. In addition, we are proud that female representation is at least 50 per cent across all levels of the firm.

“However, we know that a lot more can still be done to encourage and promote DEI across our industry and are therefore excited to be part of such a transformative initiative as Diversity in Action.”
