Keyhaven Capital Partners announces successful exit of Amethyst Healthcare Group

We are pleased to announce the successful exit of our investment in Amethyst Healthcare Group, a leading European cancer care provider, which has been acquired by Fremman Capital, a pan-European private equity firm. Keyhaven partnered with The Rohatyn Group to support Amethyst as part of our long-standing relationship with the sponsor.

With 19 centres across six countries and over 50,000 patients treated annually, Amethyst has become a leading European provider of cancer care. Specialising in radiotherapy, chemotherapy, and diagnostic imaging, it has expanded access to high-quality oncology treatment across the region. This exit marks Keyhaven’s first realisation of 2025 and reflects the strong momentum we’ve built over the past two years in delivering consistent value to our investors.
