Keyhaven Capital Partners backs Sullivan Street Partners’ acquisition of Zenix Aerospace
- Zenix Aerospace is a leading supplier of structural airframe and engine components with a global footprint across eight strategic locations in the US, UK, and Southeast Asia.
- This investment will support the next phase of Zenix Aerospace’s growth by scaling production in line with anticipated Original Equipment Manufacturer “OEM” build rates, leveraging well-invested production facilities and streamlining its organisational structure.
- Keyhaven Capital Partners (“Keyhaven”) sourced this transaction through its longstanding relationship with Sullivan Street Partners, a leading independent sponsor in the UK.
Keyhaven, the specialist private equity firm dedicated to the European lower mid-market, backs Sullivan Street Partners in the carve‑out and acquisition of Senior plc’s aerostructures division. Since signing the transaction in July 2025, the business has been successfully rebranded as Zenix Aerospace and established as an independent operator.
Zenix Aerospace is a leading manufacturer of aerostructures and engine components, serving commercial aerospace and space sectors globally. The company comprises seven businesses, formerly owned by Senior plc, including AMT, Damar, Jet Products and Ketema in the United States, Weston in the UK, UPECA in Malaysia and the group’s Thailand operation.
Zenix Aerospace provides comprehensive services to blue-chip OEMs and Tier I customers, enabling effective control over quality, cost and lead times. Its global production footprint spans 1.5 million square feet, with well-established manufacturing sites across the UK and USA, supported by strategic manufacturing locations in Malaysia and Thailand.
Building on the strong heritage of its business units, Zenix Aerospace will bring its global site network into closer alignment to deliver best‑in‑class outcomes for customers and supply chain partners.
